My family and I were ~100 miles into a 1500 mile trip pulling a trailer when our Grand Cherokee flashed a 'transmission overheated ' message completely out of the blue. I pulled over to do some research pulling a trailer when our Grand Cherokee flashed a 'transmission overheated ' message completely out of the blue. I pulled over to do some research and found myself within 20 minutes of Adams Jeep. I called John and explained the situation. He saw us right away and quickly diagnosed the problem. John and his team moved mountains to get the needed parts ASAP. They unhooked the (loaded) trailer and parked it in a secure area while they worked on the truck. They gave us a courtesy ride to a hotel and back when our car was ready 2 days later. We made the rest of the trip without issue. I'm grateful to John and Adams Jeep for their professionalism, competence, and courtesy during the entire process. More
