I went to look for a new jeep today and found what I was looking for. But because I am not the type of person to buy the first jeep that I liked ,I decided to go to at least one other dealer to see what the looking for. My husband and I went to multiple dealerships around Baltimore looking for a new vehicle to replace my mustang. I dislike very much being talked down to or being given the car they think you want. Everyone there was honest and interested in what we wanted, not what they wanted to sell. There was no pressure at all and they had exactly what I wanted at a great price. My husband has a Jeep that he bought from somewhere else and we don't exactly live around the corner from Adams but because they were so great we go back there for both our Jeeps service, upgrades, or what ever we need. After visiting serveral local car dealerships, my wife decided she liked the Jeep Compass. The dealer we talked to in Westminster, MD kept trying to sell us what we didn't want. We walked out when he sa decided she liked the Jeep Compass. The dealer we talked to in Westminster, MD kept trying to sell us what we didn't want. We walked out when he said told us it was this Compass or none. We left there and drove close to 60 miles up to Adams Jeep. We were greeted by Mike Gardner. Sitting right on the showroom floor was the exact Compass that we wanted. Witnin an hour we were driving home with our new Compass. Mike and the other staff were so easy to deal with, they managed to make a deal on a winch bumper for my '09 JK at the same time. The treatment at Adams and from Mike was so good that every time we need service or maintenance, we drive past at least 4 other dealers that sell Jeeps. One of the biggest things that I like about Adams is that they are NOT a car dealership selling Jeeps, they ARE a Jeep dealership that Jeeps and Mike knows, owns and drives Jeeps! More

This was the first time I had bought a car from a dealership, and I was very nervous. Mike was so friendly and knowledgeable about Jeep that he really put my mind at ease and made it fun for me. He was genuine and I could tell that he really cared about what I was looking for in a car, and was determined to give me exactly what I came for. I ended up buying a Grand Cherokee, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I live about 30 minutes away and anytime I need anything done to my Jeep, that is the only place I will take it. The service department is great, plus I get a chance to catch up with Mike. He is a great salesman, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
