Absolute WIN! I cannot thank the staff of Adams enough. After 11 months of my previous dealer blowing me off, John Loucks got me on the very next business day. Joh I cannot thank the staff of Adams enough. After 11 months of my previous dealer blowing me off, John Loucks got me on the very next business day. John and the service tech Michael Calhoon were incredible. They listened to my concerns, they ask for my feedback and even included me in a test drive after repairs to ensure I was completely satisfied. After buying my Jeep 2 years ago in VA, I had been looking for a reputable dealer for the maintenance items. I kept dragging my feet going to Adams because of the 1 hour drive, despite the amazing reviews. After two years and two terrible local dealerships, I switched to Adams and I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. The timeline for multiple repairs only took 3 days and that includes waiting for FCA to approve items under warranty and parts to arrive. Communication was excellent. Given the distance from my home and coordinating vehicle pickup, John was even able to accommodate me picking up after hours. There is no question that I will continue to use Adams for my service needs and because of that, I'm already looking forward to purchasing my next Jeep with them.
