Fair Pricing and Friendly Service! I needed brake work done to my '14 Grand Cherokee. I called Adams on Wednesday afternoon to make an appointment to bring my Jeep in, and Elizabeth Smi I needed brake work done to my '14 Grand Cherokee. I called Adams on Wednesday afternoon to make an appointment to bring my Jeep in, and Elizabeth Smith was able to fit us in on Black Friday. We dropped the Jeep off on Thanksgiving night, and got a call at 9am on Friday morning that the Jeep would be ready for pickup that afternoon. The charges were fully explained to me on that phone call, and the Jeep was ready as promised. I paid what I was quoted over the phone. I've never had as pleasant as an experience as I did at Adams. I'll most certainly be back for service, and definitely for my next Jeep purchase as well!!! More
