I am in shock the words that were spoken by Khalid (sales) who I purchased the car from when addressing a concern. I quote 3 days after purchase “you bought a used car what do you expect”. WOW. So our (sales) who I purchased the car from when addressing a concern. I quote 3 days after purchase “you bought a used car what do you expect”. WOW. So our purchase was late a night and I was told to come back at 9am the next morning with the vehicle. When I arrived I told Khalid of an issue with the steering wheel making a noise. He said it would be addressed. I drove home that day after I was told it was simple lubricant (WD40) in the steering column and was taken care of. 2 days later I call Khalid and say there is still an issue with the noise. He said just to add more wd40. Concerned of course I took it to Audi the next day and they told me wd40 should not be used and is not a solution and likely a bigger issue. I then call Khalid again and he literally tells me “you bought a used car what do you expect”. I even apologized because he was becoming very combative and my issue was how do I bring it back for y’all to look at again to your services department when your department did a “quick fix” and it may be a bigger issue. He said he would let management know and for me to send him a video. Said he would text me so I could but never did. I didn’t expect a perfect car as used but no one drives off and the next day wants immediate issues and then the sales person to tell you “you bought a used car what do you expect”. I’m still shaking from the conversation with Khalid. Once he made his sale he did not care and was extremely rude. More
