Maintenance Went in for service maintenance took a little longer than what I expected and I really didn't have time to be there because I had plans. My car smelled like coolant afterwards not sure if that's normal after a coolant flush but my car back in service now because my a/c not working now, so happy this time they were able to reserve a rental for me now just waiting to see what's wrong with my vehicle 😕 More

The Staff are all knowledgeable. All your staff is knowledgeable, however, they push lots of extra maintenance on your car. I went for just an oil change and almost spent over $400, All your staff is knowledgeable, however, they push lots of extra maintenance on your car. It's nice the mechanics let you know what you may be facing, but the way it's presented is not desirable. Having a checklist of what may be needed is good...it's the pushing feeling I don't like. Also, listening to all the scams out there, we don't know who to trust anymore. I usually felt very good about Hawk, however, this last visit had me feeling pressured. More
