Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins - Service Center

Each time I visit the service department I'm greeted like a friend they use my name they know who I am I look forward to bringing the car in...not so much when there's a bill! Their New Car sales department could learn a few things from the exceptional customer service that the service department offers. Each time I go in for service I wander through the new car showroom each and every time over the two years I've been coming to this dealership I'm always ignored by the sales staff they're either too busy deciding which donut to take out of the box or what text they need to send I'll get eye contact from a few and nothing more I would never buy a new car or refer anyone to this dealership for new car sales! Alex, in service, was very helpful and accommodating. I had a voucher from GM and didnt want to spend more than what the voucher allowed. He wasn't pushy, at all. I would recommend the service Center but my last service appointment did not go very well. I had an issue with the delay of the vehicle being serviced and not having a call returned regarding the use of a l appointment did not go very well. The service work was great as was customer support. I had to call in to find out if parts were in but otherwise everything was great!
