I’m dry pleased with the service at the Hicksville location. The service representative advisor explained what needed to be done and what can wait. Patrick Lerouzic was wonderful. I like how he explains what needs to be done and why. He answers all my questions. I had to have a lot of work done the last 2 months so he did give me a 10% discount.
