The first time that i brought the vehicle in for an oil change i made an appointment. 5 hours later i got my vehicle back. I was told that their oil change service is on a first come first serve basis. So this time i was there at 730 am. Just picked up my vehicle 330 pm. No work has been done to the vehicle. Never again will i use a hundai service facility again More

The Worst Service ever, and they treat you like garbage! They damaged my Brand New Genesis Coupe Trac with 11000 miles on it. Repaired the wheel alignment twice and ruined the front tires cords coming throu They damaged my Brand New Genesis Coupe Trac with 11000 miles on it. Repaired the wheel alignment twice and ruined the front tires cords coming through on the inside, tell me its the driving. Impossible! Had it repaired at xxx tire. With a correct alignment. Way out of specs!! I will sue them! More

Highly recommend I have never had one problem with any service I have had done here. In fact if you ask for something to be done (coolant, rotation, alignment,etc) and I have never had one problem with any service I have had done here. In fact if you ask for something to be done (coolant, rotation, alignment,etc) and it doesn't need to be done they tell you. Some other places i know still do the work and charge you. The car is akways washed and done agead of schedule. More

Great, quick service. Drove up to service area in rainstorm with high winds. Was guided to covered area where several free maintenance checks were quickly performed. I recently brought my vehicle here to get an oil change & I had an 8am appt. it took 2 1/2 hours for this dealer to change my oil on my car while I waited (and no it wasn't a holiday). Sure they let you know when you need you air filter changed ect. Which I actually needed but they want to charge $79.95 for an air filter they sell online for $8.95. Lesson is never send your teenager or elderly parent to a car dealer unattended. They will be taken advantage of at advantage Hyundai in Hicksville More
