First Visit was okay Had to have bumper replaced on my brand new truck. No one followed up with me to tell me the post came in (as was originally promised). After numerous calls, transfers and hang ups...I finally went in for appointment. My service advisor was great and the lady at the cashier desk was great too. Other downside... They gave a loaner that smelled so bad of cigarette smoke I had to keep windows open. That was my other major gripe with this first experience. Definitely clean INSIDE your loaner cars before passing on to the next customer. More

Long wait beyond appointment time. This is a great dealership. That being said, this is the second time bringing this car in for service and I just don't understand why it takes between This is a great dealership. That being said, this is the second time bringing this car in for service and I just don't understand why it takes between 30 and 45 minutes just to drop my car off. Yes, the staff is friendly, takes good care of my car, and has all the bells and whistles...but why do I have to sit in my vehicle waiting for so long(beyond my appointment time) just to drop it off? There are certainly enough men wandering around to get the job done in a swifter manner. More
