The representatives did not seem to be concerned to help out customers with car issues, instead they are only looking for making money. My car had an Air Bag light on which is a safety issue. They charged m out customers with car issues, instead they are only looking for making money. My car had an Air Bag light on which is a safety issue. They charged me one hour of labor fees and still did not fix it. Air bag is a safety concern and they should atleast have the courtesy to make sure their customers understand the issue and fix it if they are charging money. More

Came in for a routine oil change and the service representative found there was a recall for a small part on my 2011 hyundai sonata which he said they will take care of right away. He said the car should be ready in approximately an hour and fifteen minutes and it actually was ready at the time quoted with a free car wash as well. Very positive experience so far! More
