I give the Advantage Hyundai Team 10's all around. I give the Advantage Hyundai Team 10's all around. I'm 9 months pregnant and everyone was sensitive to that and just AMAZING. I had to reschedule several times because of work and Brittany and Marie were wonderful about it. Always trying to accommodate and get a loner car booked for me, as well. Brittany gave me a tip as to how to get a morning appointment and I got it! I forgot to ask for the loner car, but when I got there my Service Customer Service Rep asked if she could have one of the techs give us a ride where we needed to go and call us when my car was ready and they would pick us up. The driver was even AWESOME. Dropped/picked us up to IHOP while we waited for my 30K service. The whole experience was soothing. And my car looks great!!!!! More

After my last review I would like to thank Dan Toomey and Erin in service, they really stepped up and took care of me and my car. As stated earlier I own three Hyundai's all bought at Advantage I could not Erin in service, they really stepped up and took care of me and my car. I appreciate the approach which was very friendly and the timeliness of everything getting done. I was always made aware of what was going on and how long it would possibly take. Very honest considering bulk of prior service work was not done here. Service advisor was friendly and work was completed in advance of the promised time.
