Someone should have just noticed I was there and asked to help me, but no, instead I had to scream out to try to get someone's attention. The service people were nice, but there is no organization in the process, and the customers are not treated well. There were a lot of aggravated people there. If it weren't for the recall, I would never go back Toyota. Horrible! More

Very quick and easy transaction ! I couldve Done a better job with negotiation but that’s on me. Only issue is, plate was installed Directly onto rear bumper w out bracket. can’t get a hold of someone to rec job with negotiation but that’s on me.
