I went to Advantage three times and we finally agreed on a deal on a 2020 Camry Hybrid LXE. I told the salesman, who by the way was very nice, that I would sleep on it. I called first thing the next morning and said I would take the car and come in the next day to do the paperwork. Well the manager reneged on the deal. He wouldn't even come over and talk to me. Said he couldn't give me the trade in that he promised. Meanwhile I had given them the keys and they checked the car out before he gave me an offer. Very unprofessional. Never heard back and no apology. I felt bad for the salesman who lost his commission. More
