I have used Advantage Toyota Service for years. They always do a excellent job. I must say working with Andy Zollinger was the best experience ever. The last two visits I had i had the same advisor. My car took longer to finish then it should have, it was the same for the other people under this advisor. People that arrived after me and had other adviso took longer to finish then it should have, it was the same for the other people under this advisor. People that arrived after me and had other advisor finished before me. I went to the advisor to find out what was the delay, he had multiple finished statements of the car repairs from multiple customers and was on the computer doing something else. I got the impression he didn't tell me my car was finished the moment it was and had me wait 4 and a half hours, when i should of been gone in 2. The only thing my car needed was rotors for the back wheel. I arrived at 740am and left close to 1. The wait was ridiculous. More

Best Dealer Experience- Honest, clear communication - no games. The online appointment system together with the text and email reminders are amazing, The dropoff is quick- the shuttle driver is extremely ni games.
