Service Dept Receptionist is Very Rude & Unprofessional i was trying to reschedule our appointment and as a courtesy i asked her name. But the receptionist instead hung-up the phone on me and when i tried i was trying to reschedule our appointment and as a courtesy i asked her name. Poor Service I have been a steady customer for the last four years. I bought my highlander in 2015 new. I have serviced my car there for the last four years, and h I have been a steady customer for the last four years. I bought my highlander in 2015 new. I have serviced my car there for the last four years, and have noticed the quality is going down hill. Every time I bring the car in for service there is always a tire cap missing. I just bought four new tires and had a wheel alignment for a cost of 1132.00. I had to look at the tires twice to make sure they were new. the tires were filthy. I had no floor mat covering in car. I was going to get a NY state inspection but was told after the machine is down. Come back tomorrow, like I have nothing else to do. Had to take it to the local station, was out in ten minutes. Besides when handed the bill , it was so filthy the girl at the window couldn't believe it, and didn't want to touch it. What can I say You have a great place, but some reprimanding needs to be done......Sincerly..................................MP More

Margie Bonel went far and beyond for me during my worse moments with my vehicle ( purchased only within 3 weeks from this same dealership) she made sure I was fully taking care of, she told me I was 100% c moments with my vehicle ( purchased only within 3 weeks from this same dealership) she made sure I was fully taking care of, she told me I was 100% covered under the warranty still.I honestly don't know how to thank Margie and the tech who worked on my car for over 2 weeks, thank you once again Margie you and the tech are my life savers honestly!!!
