SLooww Bait and switch Very slow service. Sales person asked all sort of ridiculous questions. I was very specific on the year model, trim color and package on my suv. The Very slow service. The sales person after taking down all the details and checking the inventories said he has one in stock. Then he vanished for 35 minutes then came up with another color. Then came the stupid process of price negotiations, he thought I am dumb and tried to run around with numbers, I told him I do not like to haggle and walked out. purchased a "certified" vehicle has water leakage/damage I brought a 2014 Toyota corolla at the end of 2/25/2015 and notice water build up on the seats after heavy rain. I took the car in to the dealership and after two days I received a call from "Joe stating "your car is all set" and when I called to find out what the problem was and he told me they could not find the problem and no repairs were done to come pick up the vehicle. When I initially took my car in I informed the service department that this was not the first time this has happened and that all the windows were raised up but when I arrived to the dealer ship the service tech that worked on my car insisted that my windows were left down and that caused the water to leak in the car. I looked at the car and under the seats it was totally soaked and when I showed the service tech he pretty much accused me of leaving the windows down and said he did not know what else could be wrong, I requested to have the manufacturer look at the vehicle since it seems to be coming from under the vehicle and his reply was that I may end up with a bill. So basically they are not competent enough to figure out the problem and accusing me to be a liar. More
