I went to have an oil change and to have him look at a recall for the battery. I waited for the car you took a very long time like about 2 1/2 hours. Nobody really came and said how long it would be which recall for the battery. I waited for the car you took a very long time like about 2 1/2 hours. I would've like to know if the battery was okay as far as voltage and other things. The service guy took my information for the car and what I needed to be done. But I never heard from him until I got my car when it was ready which is very long. More

The mechanic are slackers the service managers are not professional don’t communicate with customer. The service manager did not let me know my car needed additional repair before work order was complet professional don’t communicate with customer. Three hours waited on 4/25/22 no video was sent to customer until I made a complain , the mechanic said found leaking engine gasket. After he sign off the work ticket so I have go for additional car repair. This my second incident with service manager and mechanic not communicated with my car best interest. More
