I felt as I won the lottery! Hubs and I left the house just wanting to browse around, however, he wanted to go to Subaru first (a little far from where we live. We arrive and we were walking around lookin just wanting to browse around, however, he wanted to go to Subaru first (a little far from where we live. We arrive and we were walking around looking at the models at the parking lot until Chad approached us, greeted us, and ask what we were looking for to what we responded...we are just browsing lol. Little that I know I fall in love with the Ascend we were checking, Chad was super nice and gave us our space (not like other places where salespeople are pushing you) then he told us to take it for a drive and we did. It was love as the first side, the ride was smooth, the car was smooth, the features unbelievable, but the most amazing thing was that I didn't have to put a fight for the value of my trade, in fact, it was the first time I was muted by the offer. Yes! not even my husband could believe I didn't have anything to say. We were treated so well, the dealer is impeccable, the place is quiet, relaxing WHAT????? when have you ever feel relax in a dealership...well this was my first time. They have snacks and drinks so you and your little ones won't be starved, but I must say the process wasn't long and agonizing as I have previously experienced in other dealerships. We walked out of there feeling like a million-dollar winner. What an amazing experience. It was just so great that my mother-in-law ordered her car as well and should be delivered to her at the end of July. We have become a Subaru family. And to top it off Chad gave us hats and little bags for the fam :D. More

I contacted Adventure Subaru regarding the purchase of a new Outback and was referrer to Dan . Our trade ( 2015 Forrester ) was made over the phone as well as them purchasing another vehicle from me . I’ll new Outback and was referrer to Dan . The car we ordered did not have all of the features we wanted but Dan had ONE left that we wanted . He had to re-do all of the paperwork and did so with a smile . The quotes I was given on the phone for my trades were honored . In fact , they gave me even more for my Forrester than I was originally told ! Hands down the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER HAD I will forever be a customer of Adventure Subaru and I will tell everyone I speak to of my experience . One extremely happy customer !
