We had wanted a Subaru for a while but got a van a few years ago instead. With the new Ascent out, we plan to purchase one in a year or so but for now wanted to save us some money to put a down payment. A years ago instead. Apryl was our salesperson and she did a phenomenal job staying in touch, answering questions, and having everything ready when needed. She was extremely patient with us! We traded in the van and bought a plasma yellow Crosstrek and they were very helpful in deciding which vehicle would be best suited for the time being. While our first purchase took a few hours (mostly waiting to go into the finance office), it went very smoothly and we weren’t pushed. They even worked a 2% reduction on our interest rate with the bank! So, a little over a week later we were back to trade in our other vehicle for a second Crosstrek. We have plans to be back in a year to invest in an ascent - although those new Outback Wilderness editions are looking really nice! Haha thank you adventure Subaru! More

They Never make you feel like they're "doing you a favor" by allowing you to do business with them. They're flexible "above and beyond the call of duty" and accommodating when they know your schedule. They l by allowing you to do business with them. They let their "yes" mean "Yes" unlike other dealers that lure you there with a deal they don't intend to carry through with. More
