Usually this dealership is excellent, not this time. I felt hurried and that the service on my Forester was hurried. I was told everything looked good, I was not give a printout showing that, then several felt hurried and that the service on my Forester was hurried. I have always had great service at Adventure Subaru whether it was replacing a recall part or oil change. Someone greets you as soon as you drive up. I purchased my first Subaru, a Forester at Adventure Subaru back in late December 2019. The whole experience was nothing like I've every experienced before when buying a car. To begin with Josh Conklin Subaru back in late December 2019. The whole experience was nothing like I've every experienced before when buying a car. To begin with Josh Conklin was AWESOME! He listened to what I wanted. He was respectful and patience with me. Personally I loath the whole car buying process. The idea of buying a car just filled me with dread, but at Adventure Subaru it was completely different. It was easy and there wasn't an ounce of stress during the whole process. The rest of the team is amazing too. The follow up customer service was excellent. I would happily buy from Adventure Subaru again and I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle. The short block on my Forester needed replacing. My 2016 Forester had been using extra oil sometimes and the service department did a compression test on it twice and said there was nothing wrong. W My 2016 Forester had been using extra oil sometimes and the service department did a compression test on it twice and said there was nothing wrong. When I took it in for service at around 90,000 miles, they checked it again at my request and this time determined that there was an issue and it needed a new short block. This was under warranty. I am grateful that before the warranty expired they decided to replace the block instead of letting the warranty expire and then charging me for the repairs. Because of their attentiveness to the issue, it gave me confidence in the dealer and will most likely lead me to purchasing another Subaru in the future. More
