COPIED FROM OUR CORRESPONDENCE ON CUSTOMER'S FACEBOOK REVIEW: ADVENTURE - we regret the problems you're having with the oil consumption of your new 2015 Forester. I know you've been speaking with our Service Manager to resolve all your concerns. We are waiting to hear from Subaru to find a resolution, and we will continue to monitor and communicate with you. CUSTOMER - Thank you so much for your concern. ADVENTURE - Service Manager Bill Durham reports that you called Subaru and they told you there was nothing they could do at this point. Bill explained how long your powertrain warranty is and how we are paid well to repair and will be happy to do so when you fail the test. You now have 19k miles. Bill said that you seemed to feel better knowing about the warranty etc. We're on your side, Lexie! CUSTOMER - Bill was very nice, but I do not feel any better about my purchase at this point.

This review is tough for us to read because we hear lots of positive feedback from Zsolt's customers. In fact, last year Zsolt had some of the highest survey scores among Subaru sales consultants in our district. None the less, it certainly sounds like we failed Daniel in this situation and we would like to use this feedback to improve our skills. Unfortunately, our records don't show where we appraised a car for one of Zsolt's customers named Daniel, so we can't review this situation as thoroughly as we would like. Daniel, we would love to get a call from you about this experience so we can offer our apologies and provide a better review for Zsolt and our staff. The things you describe happening here should never take place in this dealership, even if there's a misunderstanding. We apologize.

Ron, is this you? This is an anonymous post, but we suspect we know exactly who this is. We've tried to help Ron time and time again over the years. There's been numerous visits where we went above and beyond the call of duty and tried to be accommodating when he's come shopping for a car. But Ron, there's certain things we just can't control; like the credit decisions our lenders make. Furthermore, we tried to explain that we were talking about your trade difference when we presented numbers to you this last time... not trade value. I guess we rushed and things got confusing. Justin Bulla hates it that you misunderstood, but that's something we learned from. We hope that you will still come to see us from time to time in service and we can continue to be friends.

During normal business hours, we leave all of our used vehicles unlocked for customers to freely inspect. As a result, there are times when a door may not get completely shut or a dome light inadvertently remains on causing the battery to die. In this case, it just needed an overnight charge and it was as good as new. In fact, the Jeep was sold several weeks ago now and we've had no complaints regarding this issue. Our premium used vehicles are thoroughly inspected, reconditioned and priced very competitively. We regret that you had a negative experience at our dealership. Obviously we didn't handle you properly and that is regrettable. Thank you for your feedback.
