Had unfortunate experience with service agent John Otero. He was unpleasant from the start. Out of nowhere he accused me of being rude yet I cannot fathom his unprofessional conduct and/or his accusation. I He was unpleasant from the start. Kyle hackethorn is an awesome service manager. It takes very good care of us every time we come in for service or repair. The technicians did a very good job as well repairing the Durango. Jeep Rubicon Tailgate Saga: A Warped Tale with a Happy Ending Picture this: I’m cruising in my shiny, brand-new Jeep Rubicon Wrangler, feeling like I could conquer mountains, ford rivers, and probably Ending Picture this: I’m cruising in my shiny, brand-new Jeep Rubicon Wrangler, feeling like I could conquer mountains, ford rivers, and probably wrestle a bear if I had to. Less than 12 months into owning this beast, though, my tailgate and window seals decided to throw a tantrum. Warped, wonky, and acting like they’d rather be on a scrap heap than my Jeep, they were letting in more drafts than a haunted castle. So, off I went to the service center, ready to face the music—or at least some paperwork. Enter Malcolm, the service advisor who deserves a cape and a theme song. This guy was smoother than a sunny dirt trail and twice as cheerful. He greeted me like I was rolling up to a VIP party, not a service bay. “Warped seals? No problem, we’ll have your Jeep back to its rugged self in no time!” he declared, with the enthusiasm of someone who’d just won a lifetime supply of motor oil. Malcolm walked me through the process like a tour guide in a five-star garage. He explained the warranty coverage (because apparently, my Jeep’s seals didn’t get the memo about “brand new” meaning “behave yourself”). He had the techs swap out those rebellious seals faster than you can say “off-road adventure.” The whole time, he kept me updated with texts that were so upbeat, I half-expected them to end with emojis of Jeeps doing donuts. The result? My Rubicon’s tailgate and windows are now sealed tighter than a pickle jar at a strength competition. No more whistling drafts or surprise indoor showers during rainstorms. The service team worked their magic, and Malcolm was the wizard behind the curtain, making it all happen with a grin and a knack for keeping things light. So, here’s to Malcolm and the crew for turning my warped-seal woes into a pit stop I’ll laugh about later. If your Jeep ever decides to act like a diva, take it to Malcolm—he’ll have it back to trail-ready in no time, with a side of good vibes. 10/10, would service again! More
I have purchased 2 new vehicles and i have my vehicles serviced with Airpark. I realize that this dealership is landlocked and cannot expand, thus making the parking lot overloaded and full. No place to p serviced with Airpark. I realize that this dealership is landlocked and cannot expand, thus making the parking lot overloaded and full. No place to park. One complaint is the 3% fee for using a credit card. My bill was a large one and I got charged $94.64 for paying with a credit card. I would like that amount back. A very minor complaint is the minimal amenities around the courtesy breakfast coffee area. Anyways….. one big compliment is I see an Airpark banner on the fence at Horizon High School Baseball field. I support Airpark as they support my son’s baseball team. Thank You for that! More
