I spent around $8k to have a Jeep repaired understanding
that the Jeep was only worth around 6k . The repairs were supposed to repair all existing problems. Allowing me to pass smog requirements and giving

After leaving the dealership, my dashboard lights came back on . Then the battery and the alternator went bad almost immediately costing another 1k +
The dashboard lights were for “gas cap” and “air in tire” lights . They were on when I brought in my Jeep .The gas cap was actually gas tank costing another 2k and around $800 for the tire lights. Now I cannot get my Jeep smog certificate to get licensed in Az . Also the Head gaskets need to be replaced and were not noticed or mentioned by service advisor Richard or by the techs at time of service ,even though there was an oil and dirt trail in plain sight. another 1K ?
The Manager Bryan Harbe ,who I’ve never spoken ,has refused to return my calls after leaving 5 messages . My decision to have the work done was based on the original quote to repair ALL existing issues . Now Ill need to spend another 4K-5K.

Thank you for your reply. As I previously explained , I have called and politely asked to speak with the service manager 5 times. Unfortunately he , whoever he is, never answered or returned my calls.
I will try calling ( John Hale ) once again in hopes there is a solution.

I received the reply from Airpark Jeep and as I stated in my reply I would make another attempt to contact the Manager John Hale.
I once again called John Hale . He didn't answer his phone and I left another message which he didn't call me back

Despite providing advance notice of my appointment no loaner vehicle was made available during the 3 weeks it took to fix my new car. The entire process felt disjointed and lacked the urgency, communication, and courtesy one expects at this premium price point. I hope management re-evaluates their logistics and communication protocols for loyal customers.

I have an extended warranty for my 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee that was purchased when I bought the vehicle. It was recommended that I had service completed by a licensed Jeep dealership. I needed some work done within this last year, including water pump, AC replacement, and 4x4 sensor malfunction. Since those repairs have been completed, I have had continuous issues with air conditioner, making loud noise upon starting and cutting in and out when running. Additionally, when I went to change my oil this past week noticed coolant coming from water pump that was replaced. Brought it in for concerns plus I mentioned that front right suspension was starting to make noise when turning the vehicle and when going over any sort of rough terrain. After looking at the vehicle they said air conditioning works fine and they replaced the water pump. Never mentioned the suspension or that it was looked at during the inspection. Seemed to me once it was not going to be out-of-pocket from me or from the warranty company, the bare minimum was going to be done. Additionally had a poor experience with sales team who contacted me during this time. Using in my opinion shady methods to try and get me to negotiate a deal without giving me any of the information I wanted to be provided before moving forward. I am now trying to schedule a service with another mechanic because I don’t think my vehicle has been cared for correctly.
