Ryan (Sales) was unprofessional rude and his behavior is fully supported by Brian the GM. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Made an appointment for Monday. Vehicle didn’t even get LOOKED at till the following Monday. I had to pay for a rental while my car was sitting in a parking lot for no reason which Vehicle didn’t even get LOOKED at till the following Monday. I had to pay for a rental while my car was sitting in a parking lot for no reason which made me REALLY frustrated to put it mildly. The guy in charge of my service was nice enough and def handled me voicing my frustrations with a high degree of professionalism. According by to him, he didn’t have any control over anything. Not enough techs only one of which could work on my truck because of the air suspension. Apparently he’s the only one qualified. Truck was in the shop for two and a half weeks. I was frustrated for a good reason and they knew it. Got it back completely dirty(not washed). No one went over what they did to the truck with me. Just handed me the keys, took my money (charged me an additional 3% to use a credit card) which I thought was a bit odd. Overall I was not happy with how they handled the process….. the truck was parked in the parking lot for a WEEK before they even looked at. I found that to be completely unacceptable. Didn’t wash my car didn’t try to offer me anything to at least try to make up for it. I did spend roughly a $1k in rental car fees while waiting for my vehicle. To put that in perspective,…. I took my wife’s car for an oil change to a local mechanic shop. They washed her car after a $50 oil change. Even the tires were conditioned and shined. I know where I’ll be taking my truck when I don’t have to use the max care package I purchased with the truck. More
