We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive expecting two recalls to be addressed—especially after being told by Johnny and other service professionals that the backup camera issue might be covered—only to find out that only one recall was confirmed in our system and that we were unable to assist further. We also regret that your vehicle was not returned washed, as you’ve come to expect from previous visits. That attention to detail matters, and we clearly missed the mark this time. I have called on 3 separate occasion last week, to set up an appointment and speak with Jim. I still have not received a phone call back.from hom or anyone else. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like they take this matter seriously.or are being professional at all.i I am more frustrated than before and their customer sevice is beyond disappointing!!!
