Vehicle stalled so I took it in for diagnosis and they determined it was a fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay had been recalled in 2015 and 2021 and I had it replaced 3 other times since the 2nd repair determined it was a fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay had been recalled in 2015 and 2021 and I had it replaced 3 other times since the 2nd repair failed, last time in 2022. Since it was out of warranty, neither the service manager nor Dodge (Stellantis) customer service was able to provide any relief. Obviously a known ongoing issue with the functionality of the part. On a side note, prices are absurdly high and service manager acknowledged they had increased four fold in the last few years. Will no longer take my vehicle here. More

Dropped off my jeep to change an actuator in the glove box Monday at 7:30am, didn’t get the car back until noon on Saturday. Car battery drained, couldn’t start jeep. HORRIBLE service, wouldn’t take my car there if it wasn’t under warranty. More
