Terriber Service! Brought my car in for an oil change 3 months ago, and told them to look at my brakes their is a loud squeaking noise coming from the brakes. When i picked my car back up from the oil chan months ago, and told them to look at my brakes their is a loud squeaking noise coming from the brakes. When i picked my car back up from the oil changed, they told me my brakes where fine and its just the dust built-up and there is nothing to worry about. I brought in my car for an oil change last week, and they told me my front brakes are metal on metal. I spoke to the manager, and she told me she would investigate the manner and give me a call back. It took her 3 days to call back and i HAD TO CALL HER! She then told me the price on would be 199 for everything, which would be a $100 discount. And then told me to come in on saturday. I went in saturday at the time she told me, and i didn't have an appointment! She forget to write my appointment down on the books. It ended up taking 6 hours for a brake job that normally takes an hour and a half. Then when i checked out the price was 240. Because of shop parts, (well wasn't that supposed to be included in the 199 price, nobody would give me a proper explanation) Customer Service would not change at all on the price and management was no-where to be found. I will never take my car here ever again nor would i recommend it to anybody! Stay away! More

It was the worst experience ever. I called in well ahead to reserve an appointment for the 100,000 mile service on my 2006 Jeep Liberty Diesel CRD - including new timing belt - clearly stated at the onset - to reserve an appointment for the 100,000 mile service on my 2006 Jeep Liberty Diesel CRD - including new timing belt - clearly stated at the onset - and when I arrived I was shuttled off quickly amongst a throng of people there at 8:00 in the am. The order ticket wasn't even written up right - it said "90k inspection" - not the 100k SERVICE AND TIMING BELT I REQUESTED - among other specifics I itemized and wanted done that day - the only day I had off that week! I tried to speak with a mechanic who will be working on my unique 2006 diesel jeep liberty CRD - but neither the service coordinator, nor his supervisor would let me. They gave me platitudes and rushed off to do something else. I was told I would be called shortly to go over the list of things to be done. I called 4 hours later as I found out from some calling around you DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE TIMING BELT IN STOCK! This was too much. I called and was told, the mechanic would be "going over it" and tell me what I needed. I told them to forget it and come pick me up. When I got there the car hadn't even been looked at. I will never go to a jeep dealer again for service. Oh! and the recall item that was to be fixed that day as well - the window regulator - was not one either! I will be writing Corporate shortly. it seems to me wrong, when I report a noise on the front, one can tell me that it costs $ 115 to check, knowing that the magnum is a recognized vulnerability. I did change my battery, battery terminals have one can tell me that it costs $ 115 to check, knowing that the magnum is a recognized vulnerability. I have had all my service work done at Airpark, and have been very satisfied. I purchased my Jeep at Airpark, and have always had it serviced there. I receive superior customer service from Michael Calu. Just as important is the stability of the staff.
