Whatever the opposite of customer service fits here. Unbelievable hassle, runaround and “I can’t make that decision” I’ve ever seen - even for an old fashioned car dealership like Airpark. Could not be more displeased and only attorney involvement solved the problem. (And I am a 3-car purchase, and 4 car Jeep and dodge service customer for two decades). This situation even had another Jeep dealer advocating and defending us! More
