Last time it took 3 days to get a tire repaired because they said not enough staff. Today called about a short and slipping transmission. Said a week out, ask if can get any sooner. Said NO, which I understand, but no friendliness in tone and again made me feel like a bother and don't have time for me, Looking for another mechanic for the future. More

Awful Customer Service Scheduled an appointment online through their webpage. Service Mgr called the following day and left a msg confirming the appointment. I called the Service Mgr back to let them know the van is a fleet vehicle and I would be dropping the keys the night (Thu) before the appointment. I called the Service Dept on the following Monday to let them know I was coming up to pickup my work vehicle. The Service attendant said they didn't do anything with the van because they didn't know what needed to be done?!!! All the requested repairs were listed on the appointment webpage and were reconfirmed by the Service Mgr. Very unprofessionally run service dept! More
