I had an amazing experience working with Randy at the dealership. He listened to exactly what I wanted, respected my budget, and never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. What really stood out about Randy was how transparent he was. He walked me through every number, explained each step clearly, and made sure I understood what was and wasn’t required. When something didn’t line up for me, he didn’t argue or get defensive—he simply went back, double-checked things, and worked to find a solution that actually fit what I came in for. Communication was top-tier the whole way through. Randy kept me updated, didn’t play the usual dealership games, and even when negotiations got tough, he stayed professional, courteous, and consistent. You can tell he cares about making sure customers leave happy, not just getting a sale. By the end of the visit, I walked out with exactly the car I wanted at a price I felt great about.
