I found everyone at Airport Honda exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. There was no 'hard-pressure'. It was easy to get in touch with him, and he has no problem...if he didn't know an answer to say, "Let me ask someone else." Greg knew his job and he made the whole experience fun. He makes it obvious that he is "not just here to sell a car," but to carry the experience into the next step and to make sure that I have everything I need. I began my search for a new car at another area Honda dealership but got the usual car business game. Mark and David really were so easy to work with. It was low pressure and I was totally comfortable dealing with them. They just wanted to get me in the car I was looking for and come up with a deal that was fair to both parties. It seemed like they really appreciated my business. I came in expecting to only test drive a CRV because I only had a small budget and did not expect to be able to afford anything at the dealership. Tom and Greg were so helpful. We had a 2003 Element that was rear-ended and totaled. No injuries and we wanted another. We thought about a used one, but we decided to get a new Element. I went online for a price quote from the 3 Knoxville dealerships, and Airport Honda was the first one to respond with a price by 24 hours. I came over Saturday and met Gary Silvey who was extremely helpful. He offered for me to drive home an Element to show my wife, and we came back that evening. We decided on the color and it was located and brought to the dealership. An unpleasant experience with the demise of our 2003 Element was turned into a pleasant experience with the purchase of our 2011 Element. We look forward to many enjoyable years with our 2011 Element and our association with Airport Honda. More
