My grandfather initially went to them to lease a truck but ended up loving it so much he ended up buying it after the 3 years so when my Camry that I had for 7 years had gotten totaled in an accident I wa but ended up loving it so much he ended up buying it after the 3 years so when my Camry that I had for 7 years had gotten totaled in an accident I wasn’t even involved in he went to Airport Honda to get me an HRV. Which they even drove it out to me at work! He also got my mom a CRV there and helped set up for my friend to get an HRV there as well. Unfortunately, my HRV got totaled 6 months after I got it due to being rear ended but the car salesman my papaw had continued to work with from the beginning, Kevin, was super quick to find me something, making sure to pick out really good certified cars that fit within both the insurance and personal budget. I went out with my grandfather to look over the choices we had and I ended up choosing a Civic which I absolutely love. I’m quite young and not super knowledgeable about cars but Kevin was super helpful and made sure to explain everything to me especially the differences between the two he had me look at. He then recommended we test drive both to see how I feel and after the test drive with the Civic I had chosen which one I wanted, not even needing to test drive the other. He was very nice the whole time and talked very casually and personably to me and my grandfather like we were friends and I really appreciate that. He explained all the paper work and the other people we met that day with were also very kind. They all helped to make the process really quick and simple. Kevin even called me a couple days after to make sure I was still happy with the car. And even when I ended up having an accident 5 days after getting the car (yea I know my luck is insane) thankfully it was very minimal damage however there was a message coming up on the dash about an issue with the airbags and to see the dealer and when I went I met with Kevin and he just wanted to be sure I was okay and got the service center to check it for me and the man I spoke with was very nice and explained what was wrong in terms I could understand and even showed me the pieces he was talking about. Unfortunately it’s damage that has be fixed by a collision repair shop so he asked to be sure I felt comfortable making it home and just to not overly drive it to reduce risk. And when Kevin talked with my grandfather he even recommended a place we could take it to get it fixed. I really have appreciated Kevin’s help over the past few years and it has been excellent service every time! And I really love their cars and they offer workshops for new car owners as well which I think is really cool! More
