I was able to review the 2013 Infinity QX-56 at the Cleveland Auto Show. Upon my arrival at Airport Infinity I was taken by the atmosphere and quality design of the facility. Truly a remarkable sales person. Quality presentation, exceptional professionalism, superior product knowledge. Answered all questions truly and if he did not know he consulted with management before suppling me with an answer. During and after the test drive he answered questions and showed me all features of the QX-56. Explained to me the process of how trade in vehicles are valued and the value of my SUV. A remarkable buying experience. All individuals bent over backwards to make my visit truely rewarding to include the Executive Manager, Service Manager, Customer Relations Manager, General Sales Manager, Service Specialist, and of course Mr. Webster. For the first time in a long time I was pleased with my car buying experience. Steady but not overbarring. Even the financial manager put me at ease. Now you know thats something! Nice deal on G37 Coupe. Had car ready for viewing in the showroom. It was near perfect! Had all servicing needs taken care of with new Brake pads all the way around. Very friendly sales rep Lauren Lawrence was on top of everything. She was thorough in explaining the features of the car and a delight to work with on the deal. We went in after a soccer game with 2 kids and my husband and the service was fantastic. I was not feeling well and we were not dressed like we were going to be buying a $60K car that day. My kids were hungry and Lauren offered her own lunch which was kind of her. I knew what car I wanted but was not sure of all of the packages of each level of car. Lauren took the time to go through all of them and showed me. They gave a fair price on my trade in. I had already gone online to know what price to expect for the new car and the trade. They were very fair on both. I was very specific about the color car and all the details that I wanted. They had to get the car shipped from out of town and when the car arrived Lauren took a picture and texted it to me. I was unsure of the technology package prior to buying the car therefore Lauren had brought one to my house for me to drive for the day and they came back to pick it up. They have kept in touch with me thoughout the entire process and after. I have had my car for 1 week and I love it. Thanks to Lauren & Airport Infiniti! More
My salesman Shawn Chambers is the best ever. Took someone who looks like they don't belong in an Infiniti dealer and treated them like gold. Entire staff was awesome !! Needless to say this dusty body shop g who looks like they don't belong in an Infiniti dealer and treated them like gold. Entire staff was awesome !! Did some online shopping for an Infinity G37X. Attractive online terms from dealer in another city, Airport Infinity in Cleveland, so I followed up with a call and spoke with Jesse Huber. I greatly appreciated his straight forward style, confirming the attractive terms. Jesse also offered to see if he could get Nissan to waive the final 3 months of lease payments on my 2009 Murano. Once he quickly confirmed that they would, I explored also leasing a G37X for my wife. Right out the box, Jesse quoted very attractive lease terms (with a 39 month or 18 month option). I indicated that if he could do both deals and get the remaining lease obligation waived, we would lease 2 new Infinities. I should note that this dealer is located 3 hours from my home, in a different metro area, and my local Infinity dealer quoted terms far less favorable than those quoted by Jesse. Drove to Airport Infinity, executed the agreements just as discussed by phone, and left with 2 new cars. After the sale, there were a few normal questions and issues, and Jesse handled them all very quickly. I would highly recommend Airport Infinity in general, and Jesse Huber in particular....couldn't have asked for a better leasing experience. More

Our salesman, Michael Screptock, was knowledgeable about the specifics of the car we were interested in, listened to our thoughts and considerations, and answered all of our questions in a respectful, "no pressure" manner. He made us feel comfortable about the dealership and the people who work there and took the time to introduce us to the Executive Manager, Gabe Despres. We left feeling confident in our salesman and the dealership (where we ultimately purchased our new car.) When a problem arose with our new car shortly after we brought it home, Michael and Gabe, working together, sought out solutions, provided us with a loaner car and frequent updates, and came to a solution that worked well for all of us. In 2012, when customer service is often hard to find, it seems to be a common practice at Airport Acura. That is a good feeling! More
Buying a new car can be a horrible experience. Most dealerships just want your money and don't care about anything else. This is not the case with Airport Infiniti.
