We called for an appointment, they said they had the tire in stock. Went to get the tire installed and they did not have in stock and we sat in the dealership for three hours while they went and picked one up without even telling us....3 HOURS! Second experience was for a front wheel bearing. Made an appointment for a FRIDAY, brought the car in on Thursday. On Friday they said they had to order a wheel bearing and they would not get it until Saturday....not sure why it takes them so long for a bearing or why they do not stock any, but that's another issue. My local little service shop gets these parts in 20 minutes. We tried calling them all day Saturday and no one picked up the phone so I physically went there at 3PM (closes at 4 PM) to find out the status..and hopefully I could just pick the car up. They had not even started the install of the bearing. Then on Monday they called and said it also needed a front axle due to corrosion. This was purchased as a certified car less than a year ago and it needs an axle? Makes me question the quality of their certified cars are. They had the car from Thursday to Tuesday. Also had to take the car in so they could re-program the computer since the car was running so badly....you think that would have been done as a certified car purchase...not something that had to be done 7 months after purchase. Needless to say, I will never purchase a car or ever have service from this dealer ever again. More

Initial visit to see the vehicle was as expected, coming straight from work and not cleaned up it took a little while before a salesperson acknowledged me, I give Daniel kudos for not judging a book by its cover; something the younger sales people may want to consider, not everyone works in a suit. I ultimately chose an Infiniti Q50 in part because of the amazing experience I had with the staff at Airport Infiniti. My buying experience was nothing short of fantastic. I called ahead on a Friday to schedule a test drive for that evening, and they let me take the car overnight to get a real feel for it. When I returned the car, I felt no pressure to buy from any of the staff. My questions were answered, additional aftermarket options I asked about were offered to me, and then they asked me if I was interested in purchasing the vehicle or if I'd like to take a different one overnight to help with my decision process. Again, felt no pressure here. Financing was easy. They priced the car very fairly according to KBB and current market value - didn't feel the need to haggle here. I also got a very fair price for my trade in, which admittedly was not in great shape appearance-wise. All in all, I would recommend Airport Infiniti to anyone looking to buy a new car (and I already have). More

From Vito to Nick who stepped in to help in his absence to The finance person. As I was looking Vito sent me videos of different cars. When I went to test drive Nick helped me with getting an extended drive and made sure that what I drove was the top of the line so I knew all of my options. The QX60 has been roomy and exactly what my family has needed for space. Excently job on all ends I don’t see myself driving anything but an infinity from here on out! More
Bravo to "Jim M" at Airport Infiniti I have owned three (3) Infiniti vehicles in my life time. 1) Q45 when they first came out; 2) 2010 G37 Convertible which I still have and currently 3) I have owned three (3) Infiniti vehicles in my life time. 1) Q45 when they first came out; 2) 2010 G37 Convertible which I still have and currently 3) 2015 Q70. I leased my last Infiniti from Airport Infiniti, located in Cleveland, Ohio a member of the Bernie Moreno Companies. I now live in Miramar Beach, FL a long distance away from Cleveland, Ohio. I was less then trilled with my local Infiniti ownership experience. It seemed to me I was being over charged for everything in service and especially parts. I needed over $1,000.00 worth of parts for my 2010 Infiniti. I called Mr. Jim McDermott of the Airport Infiniti parts department. My request was handled from almost 1,000 miles away instantaneously. I received my parts in a few days and one was an actual sport alloy wheel. The price was more than competitive, however what impressed me the most, was the “Attention to Detail” and the way Jim treated me like “client” rather than a just a long distant sale. Relationships are everything. Congratulations to Bob Laughton the GM, Bernie Moreno the dealer, and Jim McDermott a true professional. More
5 Star Sales Experience all the way! Last week we started the process to purchase a very very gently used 2017 QX80. Bob Laughton was on vacation, but he promptly responded to my emails and put me in touch with Scott Bibb who was AWESOME to work with. My wife could not be happier with the car and I could not be happier with how easy the transaction went. Scott came up with an amazing financing deal that was not only good in terms but also good for our family situation in terms of keeping the car off of my name and into my wifes name only. He then proceeded to handle everything I asked for with the vehicle and promised me he would get us out of the dealership in 45 minutes on Saturday when I was back to back with appointments all day. He couldn't keep that promise. However, he did better than that! Between him and Steve, they had me out of the dealership in under 40 minutes! He is an HUGE asset to the company, and I look forward to working with you all again in the future! I very much appreciate the prompt response Scott provides to every question I asked as well as the professionalism he exudes. He is definitely not the typical USED CAR guy, as he was not the least bit pushy, and gave me the time to make my own informed decision while helping guide me in the direction that ultimately is the way I decided we should go. Steve was very very prompt in getting the financing paperwork wrapped up for us, didn't push extras that we didn't need and was fun and enjoyable to be around. I am sure I will be seeing you all in the future for service on my vehicles as well. Thanks again for everything, hopefully next time I am in the dealership you will be there and I can stop in and say HI and thank you properly in person.
