Charlie helped me out when going in to service my car. He was kind and helpful. Joe was my shuttle driver and he was the best. They called me immediately after it was fixed which I appreciated. The only issue I had was there was no clear communication on the shuttle service hours. I needed to be dropped off and picked up from work via shuttle and I was told this was no problem even after telling them what time I would need to be picked up but when I called for Joe to pick me up, I was told he already went home for the day and no one was available to pick me up. I had to pay $15 for an Uber which I didn’t mind doing, I just wish they would’ve told me beforehand the shuttle service wouldn’t be available at the time I needed so I could have prepared beforehand. More

The folks that helped with the information and leasing of the car were all excellent! Getting charged $60/month because I have borrowed money for a car or home in more than 20 years seemed punitive for havin the car were all excellent! Equifax rates my credit in the 790’s but something under 700 was used from Equifax adjusting form lack of car financing history!! I spend $259-$300 thousand on credit cards, and pay them in full each month, but I don’t have good enough credit for $400/leases. It took a good deal for a good solid car and made it an OK deal. Just doesn’t feel right!! Unfortunately, I will think about this every month when I make the payment! More

Starting with Patrick the owner, Leonard one of the managers Kerby the sales rep. And Scott the finance manager are a real people with a heart that beats for people. Very open minded, honest, transparent and guys that they look at you, listen to you and Leo said to me over and over “ if you’re not happy, I’m not” Awesome experience. Andres was thorough with his product knowledge. we were done with all paperwork within an hour! That was a pleasant surprise! During our tutorial, he was teaching us about "Hey Kia" voice comman we were done with all paperwork within an hour! That was a pleasant surprise!
