I would like nothing more than to leave a great review. However, my experience has been not favorable. My 2023 new Mach E, has part of the overhead material coming apart. The bad news (to my surprise) I was told they do not have loaner cars, while warranty work is performed. I had to miss an entire day of work. Less than 1 week later, the exact problem returned. I am now expected to miss (at least) another day of work. In all my years of purchasing new vehicles, I have never had a dealership not provide transportation when "warranty" work is being done. I would had never, ever purchased from this dealership had I know this. What a huge dissapointment. More

First time with Ford, this dealership makes me wonder if Ford was the right choice. This dealership lied and deceived me. Yesterday, they let me drive away with a nail in the side of my tire and the check Ford was the right choice. This dealership lied and deceived me.
