Honestly terrible service department! Waited 6 hours on a oil change and for a response from them to see wether they can fix my sunshade/sunroof. Terrible communication between the service team! You’ll get different answers from everyone. “Yes your warranty covers it” “No It doesn’t” “Yes we have rentals for you” “ No we don’t and can’t cover rentals for you.” That’s what my father and I heard throughout the day. Someone needs to step it up and change something around you. It’s like if you’re not buying a brand new of the year or something you’re not going to get good service or something. I can see they’re very selective. We were told they’ll get back with us within an hour then two hours pass by then three like. I have a job to attend to I can’t be here all day. 6 hours of my day down the drain. More
