After contacting dealer and verifying availability of the vehicle, I drove 1.5 hours to get to the dealership. Upon arrival I was tod the vehicle was a special order and not available. I spoke with the Gener vehicle, I drove 1.5 hours to get to the dealership. Upon arrival I was tod the vehicle was a special order and not available. I spoke with the General Manager who offered no help. I left the dealership and drove 1.5 hours back home. Waisted 3 hours of my time and about a half a tank of gas. Later that evening the vehicle was magically available again. Imagine my frustration. After all that my "discount" for my time and trouble was a mere $1495 and somehow they gave me less than their own website said they would give me for my trade in and less than Kelley blue book. They didn't offer much to make it up to me, no ford sticker or starbucks giftcard. The only thing they did right was to bring the vehicle to me and drive back with my trade in. I absolutely would NOT do business with this dealership again. . I am happy with the vehicle just not the customer service I received. More
