Wrecked my car. Had to pay for free rental car then received reimbursement check from dealer 2 days after submitting rental car. Was not informed of aforementioned payment process by Airport Marina For received reimbursement check from dealer 2 days after submitting rental car. Was not informed of aforementioned payment process by Airport Marina Ford beforehand which sucked. What if I didn't have funds available when I got to Enterprise Rental Car, I would have had to catch the bus back home. I should have been informed by Airport Marina Ford of the payment process. More

Horrible!! What has happened to initiative and pride of service to the customer???!!!! I brought my car in for its yearly servicing-oil, brakes etc. l began to get calls from Mr Rehnquist lthat “things” service to the customer???!!!! I brought my car in for its yearly servicing-oil, brakes etc. l began to get calls from Mr Rehnquist lthat “things” needed repairing?? Soo, of course l I said repair “them”. L My husband was terminally ill , so l was the typical female customer that had to rely on the integrity of the service provider!! (my bad!!) o when the job was finished and l was called to pick up my car l HAD A BIL FOR $2,000 plus!! I paid it but when l got home l realized one of true problems l failed to mention to Mr Rehnquist hadn’t even been resolved. He wasn’t available when l returned because it was his Friday to leave early so the other service person ( a woman) said the problem that still existed ( the interior lights remaining on when the doors were closed and the windows not closing unless the ignition key was on) and a leak that had started after the last servicing by Airport Ford Mar Ina. Car was returned to deal with the interior lights and an additional $900 plus bill was paid. More
