Salesman was great but the dealership not so much! Low-balled my trade, $3000 under Kelly Blue Book trade in, tried to double the doc fees, added them to sale price and made them a line item also. Caught the double doc fees but missed the paying for registration and tag till I got home, reached out Monday and sent a copy of the buyers order to Kelvin but I haven't heard back. Finance had me wait hours and when I went back, he would not stop trying to push an extended warranty. Overall I would put this purchase in my top 5 worst car dealer experiences. More
