He was very patient with me and went the extra mile with helping to research used "clean car" (EV) credits to make sure I got the best deal possible. There was never any pressure like I have had with almost every other dealership. I was also very impressed with the ability to do all the paperwork online - eliminating the need to spend hours in the dealership going through the Finance department.
