This is my second time purchasing from Akins and I have nothing but positive things to say for my experience with them both times. I purchased my 2014 Ford Explorer back in 2020 and have LOVED it. However, nothing but positive things to say for my experience with them both times. I purchased my 2014 Ford Explorer back in 2020 and have LOVED it. However, with adding a 3rd baby to the mix (all 3 and under) it was time to upgrade to a more suitable vehicle for our family and their car seats. I just traded my Explorer for a 2020 Ford Expedition Max and once again, my experience was above par. Tommy B was my sales agent and not pushy in the least bit. He was knowledgeable in the Expedition I had my eyes on and could easily relate to the need for a larger vehicle with a growing family. The process from start to finish was stress free and exactly what I’d hoped for. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest and trustworthy people to help in their car search. More
