I’ve bought several vehicles from dealerships over the years and this has by far been the best experience. Akins has a great reputation and I’m glad that I got to see why for myself. Salesman was great but the dealership not so much! Low-balled my trade, $3000 under Kelly Blue Book trade in, tried to double the doc fees, added them to sale price and made them a line item also. Was told because I'm from SC they would collect tax but not do registration and tag but still charged me for both. Caught the double doc fees but missed the paying for registration and tag till I got home, reached out Monday and sent a copy of the buyers order to Kelvin but I haven't heard back. Finance had me wait hours and when I went back, he would not stop trying to push an extended warranty. Overall I would put this purchase in my top 5 worst car dealer experiences. More
