Very pleased with Akins Ford. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable service depart. Tom in service told me what my AC problem is over the phone. And Lake Hartwell Ford had my F-15 Very helpful staff and knowledgeable service depart. Tom in service told me what my AC problem is over the phone. And Lake Hartwell Ford had my F-150 for days and could not fix it. And they wrecked my truck while they had it. Didn't even have 5,000 miles on my truck..Will never take to them again. Awesome selection of vehicles. Pleasant atmosphere. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Actually went into look at and possibly buy a used vehicle however the car was being sol Pleasant atmosphere. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Actually went into look at and possibly buy a used vehicle however the car was being sold as we got to dealership. Kenny the salesrep was very helpful and working to find us another vehicle on the lot that was comparable. We wound up going home in a new vehicle at a better price than the used. Kenny was extremely helpful, not pushy and very very knowledgeable of the car. This was a GREAT opportunity for my daughter during her first car buying experience. Jordan in finance was also super pleasant and helpful in getting us the best deal / situation for our purchase. And as a lasting comment this is probably the 7th or 8th vehicle my family has purchased from Akin!! Will continue to go back. More

I took my Explorer in for warranty work, well actually Akins picked it up on a flat bed and left me a loaner. I didnt have to do anything! Akins handled the whole thing!
