Took delivery of a 2023 F-150 that I ordered on 2/9/23. I was told the title and tag would be mailed in 3-4 weeks. That didn't happen. Trying to work through salesperson to resolve the issue was a nightmar I was told the title and tag would be mailed in 3-4 weeks. That didn't happen. Trying to work through salesperson to resolve the issue was a nightmare. Straw that broke the camel's back was when he told me "you're lucky I still take your phone calls". He wouldn't even refer me to someone else in the organization that could help me. I had to call the dealership's main number to explain the problem - switchboard kept sending me to either Sales or Service extensions. Finally, I found someone that would help me with the issue - no thanks to anyone in sales. I received the title and tag on 4/26/23. This was a distasteful experience that could have been avoided by simply referring me to the right person from the beginning. More

I worked with Hernan Aquino, through the best car buying experience I’ve had. It’s not related to the car I purchased but more to the low pressure, knowledgeable, and commitment he showed to get me the ca experience I’ve had.
