I purchased my used 2023 Ford Expedition in August 2024 and approximately 6 months later took it in for an oil change. I was told by the service advisor that I needed a new battery, which I knew was a lie and approximately 6 months later took it in for an oil change. I was told by the service advisor that I needed a new battery, which I knew was a lie. I declined the repair. I then proceeded to take my car down the street to the Auto Zone to have them test my battery and they told me nothing was wrong with my battery. Six months later, still no problem with no battery. I called up to the dealership and spoke with the salesman whom I purchased the car from and I was dismissed, No call from the service department with an apology/explanation- nothing. Don’t trust them!! More
