Due to convenient location, I have used Akins' service department for more than 10 years, and I have always been very happy with their service. He was very patient with me and went the extra mile with helping to research used "clean car" (EV) credits to make sure I got the best deal possible. There was never any pressure like I have had with almost every other dealership. I was also very impressed with the ability to do all the paperwork online - eliminating the need to spend hours in the dealership going through the Finance department. All in all, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Akins Ford to others. More
