I have always respected Akins and I have purchased 3 cars there over the years. The ladies who answer the phone are very courteous, however my recent experience with their service dept has not been ideal. there over the years. I was told he would keep me updated, but that did not happen. I have had to call numerous times to get updates, and he never contacted me to tell my truck was ready. I found that out on my own. I am disappointed in the service I received. EVERYTIME I tried to call him, I got his voice mail. I questioned in my mind, does he really work there!! More
