I walked into this dealership in desperate need of a new car. I was pretty sure I could only drive away in a used one based on what I could afford. Working with the team at Akins was not only a great exper car. I was pretty sure I could only drive away in a used one based on what I could afford. Working with the team at Akins was not only a great experience but I didn't feel pressured. I felt like they were on my side and wanted to do the best they could for my situation. I ended up driving away in a brand new Ford Focus and could not be happier with both my car and my payment. Not only did they make sure I had everything I needed before we drove away but they took the time a week later to teach me more about my car and answer any questions I had. We were brought into Akins Ford because of an internet sales flayer. We had visited another Ford Dealership earlier that week and did not receive the care and professional treatment that we received from sales flayer. We were shown the vehicle that we asked about in the sales flayer and we were given space to inspect and discuss purchasing the vehicle. Once we decided to purchase the car, the process was easy and painless. Ron had all the answers and was able to show us all the features of our new Fusion. We made this purchase on Black Friday and even with all the traffic, Ron was able to give us outstanding customer service. So far we are enjoying our purchase and would buy from Akins again. More

While test driving he called me to review my trade, when I returned he had all the numbers worked out and gave me a great deal. We were immediately put in the market for a replacement vehicle when our original car was totaled in an accident. I am pleased to report I had a very pleasant and stress-free experience. Alan OMaley has a very laid back approach but very knowledgeable about the products at Akins Ford. I had no idea what type of car I wanted, but I never once felt like an inconvenience to Alan as I test drove quite a few cars.....with two children in car seats!! Once we found a car that would be a suitable replacement, we were concerned about the timing of settling the accident and getting a check from our insurance company to apply to our purchase. Jason McDaniel, who also has a calming presence, assured me that timing wouldn't be an issue and I wouldn't have to worry about the car being sold out from under me pending settlement. Our family appreciates the measures Jason took to create customer loyalty, and Alan's approach to customer service. We are pleased with our "new" car and have every reason to believe it's a good product. If something unexpectedly goes wrong, we have no doubt that Akins Ford will stand behind its product and continue to provide excellent customer service. More

A co-work gave me a business card for Mr.Leroy Haynes. Her mother had just purchased a car from there. I called Mr. Haynes and told him what my needs were and what my budget was. Mr. Haynes worked with me to find me what I feel was the perfect vehicle for me. I love my New 2014 Ford Focus! Also, I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I drove away truly feeling like I received excellent service through out the entire process. The entire Akins dealership is a pleasure to be in. After a negative experience at our local dealership, my wife and I drove 35 miles to see the people at Akins Ford. We were immediately greeted by Ron and he took our concerns to heart and wasted no time getting us the best offer for our new 2014 Ford Escape. He was courteous, professional and prompt, all while juggling another potential sale. Overall the experience was the exact opposite of the previous dealership and we walked away with the car we wanted at the price we needed. If you are in the market for a new Ford, Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep, I recommend you go see Ron at Akins Ford. You will thank yourself that you did. More
My family and I are long time customers of Akins. In fact, my parents bought my first car, a black 1981 Mustang, at this dealership. Now, over 30 years later, I found myself looking for a certified pre-owned F-150 that I could use for business travel around the southeast. Hard to believe, but I actually traded in an immaculate Mercedes Benz S550 for the truck. The warranty had expired on the Benz and I just couldn't take a chance on breaking down in south Georgia on a business trip. I was also tired of high maintenance and insurance costs and I needed to cut down monthly expenses to free up dollars for other things. I am surprised at how little I miss that Benz! Anyway, based on past experience I knew where to go to find a good deal and trustworthy sales people. The 2010 red Lariat Super Crew Cab that I finally chose is just a great vehicle! With only 22,000 miles it will give me years of service. Since the cost was affordable and maintenance a priority, I purchased a Ford extended warranty and a service agreement. All told, the monthly payment is still much less than my prior note and I have no service worries at all. It truly was a team effort getting this deal done. Brad Akins, Jeff Little, Jason McDaniel and Matt Tanner in Finance all did their part. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Great job, Akins Team! More
