Everything went smooth until I left with my car. One of the key fobs didn’t work at all and that evening the other quit working. I went to Honda dealer who replaced the battery in both. I called Aikens several times to see about getting it replaced but I have not had a good customer service experience when it came to fixing it. I still don’t have it fixed. I was told I’d have to purchase one. I don’t feel that is right since my purchase agreement included two. I was told by the salesman that i would have to talk to service and I was hung up on when I gave my opinion that I felt they should be talking to service or a manager to make this right. Needless to say I still don’t have a new fob, and no one has called me back. More
