My husband and I purchased a brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler earlier this year. We had a great buying expirence until it started to rain. Yes it is still unwarrenty but they still havent fixed my problem. I am getting sick and tired of every day I get off to have to call make sure they have a loaner car before I can bring my vehicle in. This has been the worst nightmare ever! I am tired of going back and forth with the dealership, service department and managers about my problem vehicle. Had I known this would have happened I would have never traded in my brand new Mazda! I am so miserable with our vehicle this is getting ridiculous! No one wants to help. No one knows why it keeps leaking. No one understand the frustration I am going through with this car.
